Hello Dreamers! We have had some great questions lately and in an effort to better serve you, we have compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions, as well as a few tips, that will make your shopping and viewing experience more enjoyable. We think you’ll find these helpful.

Q: Do your shirts shrink and how can I find my size?

A: Please check the online description of the shirt to find out if it is pre-shrunk. Most often 100% Cotton Tees will always shrink while 50/50 cotton poly blends will not, to avoid it you can air dry your shirts. Also, to find your size you can find the size chart button next to the full sized, online t-shirt product photo. We encourage you to make sure you measure yourself before making an order and needing to return your item. This saves you both time and money, and makes everyone happy.

Q: When are you coming out with new shirts/videos?

A: Like most retailers, we produce a new line of designs 4 times a year, Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter and tend to launch several other items throughout the year as well. We take great pride in the products we produce and in order to create the absolute best quality items it takes a significant amount of time, which is why, although we appreciate your emails, we will not be able to read and respond to questions regarding when certain items are being produced or reproduced. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this effort.

Q: Will you be introducing any type of new products besides T-shirts including hats, sunglasses, etc.)

A: Yes and no, We will be slowly releasing some new products over the next several seasons. The reason why we are purposely sticking to T-Shirts is because we care about developing a quality product without losing focus on our brand. If we came out with too many other products we would spread ourselves too thin and keep us from building a quality piece of clothing. Our long term vision includes a wide variety of different exciting products that we are looking forward to bringing to you, a larger staff will allow us to successfully do that down the road.

Q: Are you hiring or bringing on any interns/volunteers?

A: We are not hiring full time positions yet, we’ve received many great questions and opportunities to bring on some great people. We will make sure and announce when and if we are looking to bring on new people. We are excited to grow and expect to have a staff of incredible people that will build a positive company culture down the road. We do occasionally take on volunteer and non-paid interns through our program; if you are interested in finding out more information about that please contact us at info@golivethedream.com.

Q: Do you accept art submissions for t-shirts?

A: We have had a lot of interest in people wanting to submit their designs and ideas. Because of our vision and where we are taking our brand, we are currently traveling down a very specific road to develop our look the way we’ve envisioned from the beginning. We value everyones enthusiasm and desire to share! We appreciate the effort that people have displayed in wanting to submit new ideas. We are just getting off the ground and have a specific path laid out so we will make it known when we decide to open up to new ideas!

Q: My order did not go through but my credit card was charged, what do I do?

A: This seldom happens but in the case that it does it is important to know that the issue actually lies with the credit card gateway or the bank to which your card belongs, not Live The Dream. When placing an order and abandoning it before clicking “Submit”, you run the risk of having the funds with held. Live the Dream is not responsible for this happening and it is suggested that if you do face this issue, to contact your card provider and make sure that the “hold” is lifted. Please note, a hold will never process through, the card provider’s system will recognize that the purchase was never actually completed and your money will remain right where it was. Please do not contact us concerning this, we will not be able to help.
