All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days after the customer’s receipt of merchandise. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by this completed Return Form, which has been included with your shipment. Returns will not be accepted on merchandise that has been altered or modified in any manner (dyed, printed, embroidered, relabeled, laundered, tag removed or the like.) The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges on items returned that are not the result of Live the Dream LLC error.
